Helping eachother out and be independend of expensive agencys can help to make the Artists work much more succsessfull.  There are many great projects such as Theatres and Museums, that everybody knows. Yet, there are many unknown small projects of Art and culture, that have difficulty to find the publicity they need. You know Europe and the high cultural developements there. than you'll know, how hard it is for artists, to survive in a highly competitive cultural scene.
